Tutto è andato bene. Al di sopra delle mie aspettative.
L'assitenza di Marenauta in fase preliminare è stata ottima. Non ho mai avuto la sensazione di essere stato lasciato solo. Tutti gli operatori si sono fatti in 4 per risolvere i miei problemi con l'armatore.
Nulla da ecccepire.
Barca praticamente nuova in perfette condizioni. Anche l'armatore è stato molto diponibile nella sua puntualità e precisione. Barca consegnata in anticipo e in perfette condizioni.
La nostra settimana in catamarano è andata molto bene. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto (anche se non da poco) è stata la drizza randa che si è spezzata immediatamente la prima volta che abbiamo issato e quindi non abbiamo potuto più utilizzarla.
Per il resto però tutto ok, il charter si è dimostrato affidabile e ben organizzato.

La società di charter ha fatto un ottimo lavoro!
Il video check in inviato in anticipo velocizza tantissimo le operazioni pre-partenza così come il checkin alle ore 13, allungando la durata della vacanza.
Professionali e precisi, il cat aveva qualche difettuccio, ma prontamente sistemati e risolti, anche con l'assistenza a distanza.
Unico neo il mancato funzionamento dell'audio bluetooth (per fortuna avevamo una cassa portatile) e la mancata corrispondenza tra le dotazioni descritte sulla scheda e quelle presenti in realtà (lavastoviglie).
Base di Can Pastilla comoda per l'aeroporto, efficiente e sufficientemente piccola per non essere mai intasata

Bellissima vacanza in un periodo difficile
Le tensioni prima della partenza legate al COVID-19, si sono dissolte una volta saliti in barca. Barca in ottime condizioni, eseguito il checkin in modo autonomo compilando un questionario cofirmato con il charter. Bellissime giornate di navigazione e mare e baie stupende hanno coronato ad una vacanza bellissima.
