Barca nuova come da descrizione.
Meno buono il charter, quasi una giornata di attesa per check-out per poi non trovare nulla. Tutto era a posto...!!!!

I see that the client has rated check in and check out procedures with 1.
I would like to point out that the client checked in very early at 14:00 and by 17:00 he had already left the marina.
Regarding check out we did the main check out on Friday evening and told the clients that we were waiting for the diver to check the hull . As it was already late, we told them that on Saturday morning at 09:00 they can come to the office to finish also with the paper work as is the standard procedure. So we don't understand why they say they had to wait for a whole day for check out? Also they had made a damage to the boat as they had broken one of the hatches so - all was not found to be ok.
Finally on our final report, they have rated check- in and check out procedures with excellent 5 stars so it seems a bit inconsistent to rate check in and check out with 1/5 now on this feedback.

Per quanto riguarda la barca, lo skipper e l’hostess, tutto bene, come da aspettative e Vostra proposta.
Ho qualcosa da ridire sull’organizzazione dell’agenzia in loco e sulla lista degli alimenti da ordinare, perché induce ad errori che non sono rimediabili: la merce la trovi in barca, non la puoi controllare e soprattutto paghi al buio perché lo scontrino rilasciato dal supermarket non identifica né i pezzi né i prezzi. Il consiglio è di non proporre l’acquisto con questa modalità. Del resto la spesa si può fare all’arrivo senza alcun problema.
Per il resto è stata una bella crociera, siamo arrivati fino a Zante e non c’è stato alcun problema.

I'm happy the clients enjoyed their holiday.
Regarding the provisioning kindly note that this is something that the clients requested to have on board.
They filled in the provisioning list and we gave it to the supermarket. The supermarket delivered the groceries to the boat when the hostess was on board . So when the clients arrived late in the evening everything was on board for them. This is something that we offer free of charge and it is completely optional if the clients want to have this done. We never told them they had to do it, it was something that the clients requested. Finally please keep in mind that there is only one supermarket inside the marina which delivers free to boats.

Due settimane nelle isole ioniche , meteo perfetto, charter affidabile , barca davvero ben tenuta ed equipaggiata.

Tutto perfetto con Marenauta, come sempre!
Ci siamo nuovamente affidati a Marenauta per noleggiare 3 imbarcazioni a vela con base a Lefkas la settimana dall'11 al 18 agosto. Le 3 imbarcazioni erano di tre charter differenti, nel complesso tutti e 3 i nostri equipaggi sono stati molto soddisfatti della vacanza.

Bella barca ...nuova e super accessoriata....ioniche belle e vivibili nonostante il periodo di altissima stagione
Devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per lo skipper (davvero molto professionale) sia per l’imbarcazione (Lagoon 450) che è molto spaziosa è dotata di molti comfort. Abbiamo avuto solo qualche problemino con il tender
